At Totally, we are committed to enhancing the NHS and facilitating prompt healthcare access for patients across the nation. Our collaboration with healthcare commissioners throughout the UK and Ireland enables us to provide essential services, including Urgent Treatment Centres and NHS 111.

We invite you to become a vital member of our dedicated team of Clinical Advisors, who are passionate about delivering exceptional care to those in need. We are currently seeking both full-time and part-time Clinical Advisors to work during night shifts.

Position Overview:
  • Perform telephone triage and conduct clinical evaluations
  • Assist in the resource deployment process
  • Offer healthcare guidance and information to patients
  • Facilitate patient referrals as required
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Registration with either the NMC or HCPC is essential
  • A minimum of one year of post-registration experience is required
  • Effective communication skills to convey outcomes clearly
  • Self-driven with a strong dedication to patient care
