About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Advisor to join our Urgent Care NHS 111 team at Totally. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring that patients receive the right level of advice and treatment when they need it.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive telephone triage and clinical assessments to patients presenting with symptoms.
  • Support the dispatch process, ensuring appropriate resource deployment to meet patient needs.
  • Offer advice and support to Health Advisors and frontline operational colleagues as required.
Requirements
  • Hold current professional registration with either the NMC or HCPC.
  • Be self-motivated with the ability to support and enthuse others by demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
