We are seeking a highly skilled Property Claims Manager to join our team at Davies. As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of property claims, ensuring that we consistently meet our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive case management, ensuring that claims are resolved efficiently and effectively
  • Managing customer interactions, providing excellent service and ensuring that customers are treated fairly
  • Managing third-party relationships, including suppliers and other stakeholders
  • Driving cases to settlement, balancing service, cost, and time
  • Ensuring that all work is of high quality, following internal processes and guidelines
  • Adhering to governance and regulatory requirements, ensuring data security and compliance
  • Embracing feedback and learning, using PDRs and learning courses to develop skills and knowledge
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and supportive culture

Requirements

  • Relevant claims experience, preferably in property claims
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues
