Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an organised and diligent Lettings Property Manager to join a lovely boutique independent lettings and property management company within their site office in Salford. My clients have long developed a superb reputation, especially in the HMO market and are now looking to add a Lettings Property Manager to be based in their site in Salford.

Lettings Property Manager – Benefits

  • Team lunches.

  • Basic salary of between £25k & £30k.
  • Monday – Friday role.
  • Based on site.

Lettings Property Manager – Duties

  • Managing repairs and reactive maintenance.
  • Doing inspections.
  • Organising and conducting check outs and inventories
  • Organising contractors, gaining quotations, issuing works orders and obtaining invoices
  • Ensuring property compliance such as EICR's, gas safety and EPC certifications
  • Dealing with disputes.
  • Organising tenancy paperwork.
  • Viewings
  • Marketing on Rightmove
  • Supporting with rental reviews and tenancy renewals
  • General lettings duties.

Lettings Property Manager – Experience Needed:

  • Previous lettings/ property management experience is essential
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages

As a Lettings Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that they are maintained to a high standard and that tenants are satisfied with their living conditions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing repairs and maintenance
  • Conducting inspections and check outs
  • Organising contractors and managing works orders
  • Ensuring property compliance
  • Dealing with disputes and tenancy issues
