The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Trainee Manager to join our team in Haslemere. As a Trainee Manager, you will support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and day-to-day operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and optimising KPI performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and day-to-day operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and optimise KPI performance.
- Support more junior team members to excel and reach their full potential.
- Take accountability and pride in the physical appearance and maintenance of the store.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the operational running of the store.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, target-driven retail or hospitality environment.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and service.
- Understanding of retail KPIs and ability to drive improvements.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- WSET 2 Qualification is essential, with a willingness to work towards WSET 3 Qualification.
