We are seeking a highly skilled Solicitor to join our team at Vistry Group, supporting the Head of Legal with provision of construction legal services to our divisions across the UK. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on contentious and non-contentious legal matters, including tender reviews, contract negotiations, and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and support to our construction teams on a range of matters, including contract law, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in the review and negotiation of contracts, ensuring that they are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Support the Head of Legal in the development and implementation of legal strategies to mitigate risk and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that legal considerations are integrated into business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a strong background in construction law.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise legal advice.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
