Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at CBRE Enterprise EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of site services, ensuring high standards are maintained, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of site services, including post, deliveries, cleaning, vending management, office services, waste, and hard services, in line with account processes, SLAs/KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and landlord representatives to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Control and manage site financial budgets, including accurate forecasting and attending periodic client review meetings.
  • Raise purchase orders and manage Funding Client Requests (FCRs) through to closure.
  • Manage and maintain compliance trackers for site, including QHSE requirements.
  • Monitor site work orders on SI7 and Vantage systems to ensure account KPIs are met.
  • Manage meeting room set-ups and bookings in line with client requirements.
  • Support the coordination and testing of Business Continuity Planning for the site.
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained and operated in a safe manner.
  • Establish and maintain customer satisfaction by providing a quality and proactive service.
  • Support and communicate with clients, customers, and stakeholders to provide proactive support.
  • Involve in out-of-scope supplier projects and support staff and liaison with CBRE and landlord teams to ensure successful delivery of project-related works.
  • Maintain performance standards to ensure customer expectations are achieved/exceeded.
  • Timely maintenance of site information across all CBRE platforms.
  • Develop and maintain successful working relationships with clients, stakeholders, customers, landlord representatives, and suppliers.
  • Assist and prepare hospitality requests as required.
  • Manage e-logbooks, working closely with technical teams for reviews and updates.
  • Attend and support all site audit activities.
  • Regularly communicate with building landlords.
  • Manage car parking badging systems.
  • Seek opportunities to improve services and cost-effective ways of working.
  • Support and react to ad-hoc out-of-hours calls in emergency scenarios with excellent communication.
Person Specification
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Experience in a similar position in an FM or related services environment.
  • Good knowledge of SLAs/KPIs.
  • Good understanding of contracts and negotiations.
  • Experience in dealing with suppliers/contractors.
  • PC literate - Microsoft systems.
  • Competence in oral and written skills.
  • Ability to work to pressured deadlines.
  • Strong finance skills with budget management experience essential.
  • Flexible approach to ensure time-critical projects are appropriately supported.
  • Ability to complete a wide range of activities requiring clear communication, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience of dealing with customers within a corporate environment with a high emphasis on customer service.
  • Security Clearance requirements are essential.
