About the Role
Eames Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Portfolio MI Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Management Information department, you will play a crucial role in providing vital information and insights to facilitate decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting Underwriting teams with data and analysis to inform business decisions.
- Acting as a key point of contact for the MI Department, providing business knowledge and expertise where applicable.
- Collecting and interpreting requirements for Power BI reporting to deliver new reports and insights.
- Collaborating with supporting service functions to develop engagement and solutions for the Underwriting team.
- Promoting the use of data and the profile of MI within the Underwriting team.
- Researching new data availability to enrich current data offerings and reports.
Requirements
- Specific Insurance domain knowledge and data requirements.
- Excellent knowledge of PowerBI and SQL SSMS, with the ability to demonstrate knowledge around building high-quality reports.
- Effective interaction and efficient communication with stakeholders to understand their information needs.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
