We are seeking a Relief Support Worker Level 2 to join our team at Inspire. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals with mental health conditions
  • Assist with daily living tasks and activities to promote independence
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful environment that promotes dignity and well-being

Requirements:

  • Relief Support Worker Level 2 qualification or equivalent
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health needs
