Job Summary

We are currently recruiting for Relief Support Workers Level 2 to join our team at Inspire. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide support and care to individuals with mental health needs, working in a dynamic and rewarding environment that values your contributions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support and care to individuals with mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for working with individuals with mental health needs, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work flexibly in a dynamic environment.
