We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Partnership Officer to join our team at Sheffield City Council.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Partnership Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with local partners, including health, education, and voluntary sector organizations.

The postholder will be responsible for coordinating and delivering a range of initiatives and projects that support the needs of families and children in Sheffield.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with local organizations and stakeholders

  • Contribute to the development of our Early Help system and make recommendations for improvement
