About the Role

We are seeking an experienced DB Pensions Administrator to join our team at Oval Recruit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of clients, providing expert advice and guidance on DB pensions administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of complex DB pensions administration concepts, including divorce, death claims, and tax issues.
  • Perform complex calculations and provide expert advice to clients and junior team members.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes to service client needs and improve overall team performance.
  • Act as a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their technical knowledge and skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with legislation and industry changes, ensuring that clients are informed and compliant.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience in DB pensions administration, with a strong understanding of complex concepts and regulations.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and analytical skills, with the ability to perform complex calculations and provide expert advice.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
