You will be responsible for supporting the Administration team in delivering technical administration cases and calculations across a defined Benefit Scheme. Key responsibilities include:
- Completing quality assurance checks on colleague communications from a pension technical and legislative perspective.
- Reviewing complaint/Historic pension transfer cases.
- Authorizing daily payments.
- Supporting all processes to maintain compliance and minimize escalations and complaints.
- Providing support and testing for cyclic projects and key projects.
You will need experience within DB Pension Scheme administration, either in-house or third-party, with the following qualifications:
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK Pensions legislation.
- A strong teamwork ethic and willingness to help.
- UK Pension Scheme knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) to improve processes and drive efficiency.
