Evolution Facilitator

**Role Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Evolution Facilitator to join our team at Shaw Trust. As an Evolution Facilitator, you will play a critical role in supporting offenders in their rehabilitation journey, helping them to develop the skills and confidence needed to reintegrate into society.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality group and individual interventions to offenders, focusing on developing their confidence and encouraging a positive mindset.
• Work closely with prison staff and other stakeholders to ensure effective transition and pre-release preparation for participants.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, including prison staff, to ensure a supportive and empowering environment for participants.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of rehabilitation programs, ensuring they are tailored to meet the needs of offenders.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in delivering training and interventions, preferably within the justice sector or similar environments.
• Demonstrated success in a target-driven environment, with the ability to drive performance through focused performance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of the barriers faced by offenders in reintegrating into society, with the ability to manage challenging behavior.
