Parkside Office Professional is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator to join our team on an 18-month contract. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
- Sustainability Coordination: Collaborate with our Sustainability team to implement and maintain our corporate sustainability strategy, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company standards.
- Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to assess compliance with our environmental management system and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Data Analysis: Assist in the collation, analysis, and reporting of data to support our sustainability strategy.
- Knowledge Sharing: Participate in group-wide sustainability forums and working groups to share knowledge, drive good practice, and implement our corporate Sustainability Strategy.
- Reporting: Compile written reports on sustainability performance to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in the property industry.

- Education: Relevant qualifications or certifications in business administration, sustainability, or a related field.
Working Conditions:
