Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Career Legal. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in delivering HR support and advice to our partners and managers, building strong relationships and leading on various HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR support and guidance to partners and managers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including partners, managers, and employees.
  • Lead on various HR projects, including talent management, recruitment, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the firm's overall business objectives.
  • Coach and influence managers to develop their people management skills and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law, employee statutory rights, and equality legislation.
  • Provide proactive recruitment support, including interviewing, to ensure the best candidates are attracted and selected.
  • Manage the annual staff salary review process and ensure all hires are within agreed recruitment plans.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of employment law, employee statutory rights, and equality legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in HR, with a track record of delivering HR projects and initiatives.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Confident, proactive, and emotionally intelligent, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
