We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker at Aspris. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing emotional support and care to our young people, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide emotional support and care to our young people, helping them to build confidence and self-esteem
  • Assist with day-to-day activities, such as personal care and household chores
  • Help to create a safe and nurturing environment, promoting the physical and emotional well-being of our young people
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring the needs of each young person are met
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.40, plus an average of 8 sleep ins per month at £55 per sleep in

Requirements
