Key Responsibilities:

  • Active participation in Incident, Problem Management, and Release Management processes using our ITSM system.
  • Troubleshoot production Incidents and manage Work Orders for finance systems, with a focus on escalation and resolution while meeting SLAs.
  • Resolve Coda Financial, Coda Invoice matching, and Coda XL issues with data processing across Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, and payment.
  • Create, manage, and maintain reports using extracts from SQL queries or the Cognos application directly.
  • Liaise with internal business stakeholders, application support teams, and management teams throughout the Bank.
  • Maintain knowledge articles and support documentation.
  • Identify opportunities and implement improvements.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of CODA (Unit4) v12 and Cognos BI (IBM) v10.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
