### Job Title: Support Worker
### Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and caring support worker to join our team at Solo Support Services. As a support worker, you will play a vital role in providing assistance to our clients, enabling them to live independently and safely in their own homes.
### Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks and activities
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders
* Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure high-quality care and support
* Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
### Requirements
* A full, UK manual driving licence is essential for this role
* Applicants should be over the age of 25 for insurance purposes
* A UK manual driving licence is required for driving company vehicles on trips and outings
### Benefits
