Key Responsibilities:

* Manage all aspects of the PO life-cycle, including raising and tracking POs and maintaining spreadsheets, goods receipting, collating paperwork, and handling queries
* Assist the team with purchases for the office
* Fill and organize paperwork
* Cover the phone and take messages
* Take orders for rigging equipment from customers and prepare delivery notes
* Create quotes for customers
* Log equipment in and out on our computer system
* Data entry
* Ad hoc support to the team as required, including cover for Set Lighting Dept.

Requirements:

* Computer literate with strong MS office skills
* Familiarity with SAP systems favorable
* Understanding of the administration of Purchase Orders favorable
* Ability to cope under pressure from clients and colleagues, responding quickly and appropriately to requests, using own initiative, and being prepared to ask for help and advice when necessary
* Highly organized self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
* Hands on approach and commitment to get the job done
* Ability to work well within a diverse team
* Excellent phone manner

Education/Qualifications:

* GCSE Maths and English, grade C or above.
