The Opportunity:

Meridian Business Support is seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Administrator and Logistics Coordinator to join their team in DARTMOUTH offices. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires daily attendance.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders and provide timely delivery confirmations.
  • Collaborate with Supply Planners to expedite purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Work with the Buying team to ensure stock meets ISIR certification standards.
  • Cancelling and reducing customer orders to avoid surplus or overstock.
  • Create ASN (Advanced Shipping Notifications) in Excel template format for customer consignments.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer service queries.
  • Proactively identify and resolve supply issues, working closely with the Supply Planning Manager.
  • Manage shipment paperwork and liaise with 3rd party logistics for collections/deliveries.
  • Rectify invoice issues by providing credit notes.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer order administration and senior administration.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A methodical and structured approach to work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong Excel skills.
