Job Title: Medical Training Co-ordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Training Co-ordinator to join our team at Ian Gibbs Estate Management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering medical training programs to our staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement medical training programs in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions to staff, including presentations, workshops, and one-on-one coaching.
  • Assess staff training needs and develop training plans to address these needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in medical training and education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
