**About the Role**

The majority of your time will be spent conducting in-depth interviews with members of the public in their own homes. Working primarily afternoons and evenings on weekdays and at weekends, you will complete a set number of interviews. You will ask questions and record the responses on a tablet computer. You will usually work within a reasonable daily travelling distance of your home. For each survey, you will attend a personal briefing with the project manager and be given clear instructions explaining the purpose of the survey, how different areas and addresses have been selected and the questions to be asked. Local supervisors will then provide you with support and advice, including regular feedback on your performance.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Requirements**

  • Confident communication skills to discuss sensitive issues
  • Self-motivated and reliable with good time management skills
  • Previous experience of market research interviewing is essential
  • Fully IQCS trained and able to provide a reference that can prove this
  • Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
