Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect

In this pivotal position, a seasoned Solution or Enterprise Architect will have the opportunity to conceptualize, develop, and architect comprehensive enterprise solutions. This role is crucial in guiding the organization through transformative delivery strategies that embrace a digital-first mindset, ultimately enhancing the growth of technology systems and services.

Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with Senior Managers and essential stakeholders across various departments to foster effective communication and teamwork. Your interactions will span the Architecture, Infrastructure, Delivery, and Data teams, enabling you to facilitate decision-making processes that culminate in detailed technical documentation.

As a leader, you will oversee a team of Solution Architects dedicated to delivering impactful solutions to primary stakeholders, including Operations, Analytics, and Delivery, while also managing relationships with outsourcing partners in a matrix-managed technology landscape.

Your responsibilities will include shaping the technology architecture for corporate functions and contributing to the strategic technology roadmap that aligns with overarching business goals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as an enterprise architect
  • Proven expertise in enterprise solutions tailored for corporate functions
  • Background as a Software Engineer with hands-on experience in developing software solutions
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, React, and familiar with infrastructure technologies including Azure, AWS, Terraform, and Docker containers
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams of solution architects
