C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Support Specialist to join a leading boutique venture capital firm based in Central London. As Executive Support Specialist, you will provide a high level of support to the Managing Partner and Director in a fast-paced role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extensive diary management, arranging investor meetings, video conference calls, lunches, and dinners
  • Organizing documents and meeting papers
  • Coordinating international travel with visas and itineraries
  • Preparing and providing assistance with the preparation of both internal and external presentations
  • Organizing and attending events
  • Processing of expenses
  • Supporting and covering for other administrative staff
  • Research and ad-hoc projects as requested

Requirements
