About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adult Care Trainer to join our team at HIT Training. As an Adult Care Trainer, you will play a vital role in developing the next generation of care professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-quality training programs for apprentices in care settings, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the needs of each apprentice, promoting their growth and development.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to apprentices, helping them to achieve their qualifications and become confident in their roles.
  • Build strong relationships with employers, providing feedback on the progress of their apprentices and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Mentor learners through face-to-face visits, online sessions, and ongoing guidance, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Care Manager, Registered Manager, or Deputy Care Manager, with a strong understanding of the adult care sector.
  • A Level 5 qualification in Adult Care (or equivalent), with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Strong technology skills and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently, with a valid driving license and access to a vehicle for travel within the region.
  • A willingness to work towards Level 2 (GCSE) qualifications in English and maths, with support provided by HIT Training.
