We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Retail Coordinator. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of our pharmacy retail space.

Your Role as a Pharmacy Retail Coordinator

  • Oversee the daily operations of the retail side of the pharmacy, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and a high level of presentation and cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies and optimize product placement.
  • Drive sales through effective promotions, customer engagement, and product knowledge, ensuring a strong understanding of our products and services.
  • Manage stock levels, order supplies as needed, and minimize loss, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Train and support retail staff, promoting excellence and continuous improvement in customer service and sales.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy, providing a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience in retail management or coordinating roles, ideally in the pharmacy or healthcare sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with a history of motivating teams to achieve sales targets and high customer service levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
