Job Title: Occupational Therapist Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Team Lead. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to patients with complex needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Occupational Therapists in delivering rehabilitation services to patients with complex needs.
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation plans that promote patient independence and function.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of junior colleagues to ensure effective service delivery.

Requirements:
  • Occupational Therapy Degree/Diploma with HCPC registration.
