Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at a premier financial services company. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and high-tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including minor building fabric repairs, decorating tasks, and plumbing repairs.
- Conduct weekly and monthly planned maintenance tasks, such as fire alarm testing, tap flushing, and emergency lighting testing.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within a critical environment.
- Liaise with on-site teams and contractors to minimize downtime.
- Maintain records and logs to ensure efficient operations.
- Proven experience in a similar maintenance role, ideally within a critical environment.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and solve problems quickly.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant qualifications in engineering or maintenance.
- Salary: £36k PA
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Location: Moorgate, London
