Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel

Arthur Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join a leading Insurance Company in Bristol. The company has experienced significant growth following a recent acquisition, and with a high-performing legal team in place, you will be joining a well-structured and dynamic team, led by an experienced Head of Legal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the negotiation and drafting of high-profile commercial contracts, including insurance-related and general commercial agreements.
  • Provide strategic regulatory advice and support across the company's different businesses.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Legal to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
  • Work closely with the business teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Fully qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong experience of drafting and negotiating high-value commercial contracts.
  • Desirable experience working in the insurance or financial services industry.
