Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the firm\u2019s IP practice, with a particular focus on patent litigation and broader contentious and non-contentious IP matters.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, with an ability to generate new business and further strengthen the firm\u2019s presence in the market.
* Provide high-quality legal advice on a wide range of IP issues, including trademarks, patents, copyright, and design rights.
* Mentor and develop junior members of the team, ensuring continuous professional growth within the department.

Requirements:

* Substantial experience in IP law, with a particular emphasis on patent litigation, ideally at Partner or Legal Director level within a reputable law firm.
* Proven track record of managing complex IP matters and delivering commercially driven legal solutions.
* Strong business development skills with a solid network of clients and contacts.
