The Global Commercial Director for Unilabs' Serving Pharma division will lead the development and implementation of commercial strategies aimed at driving growth and increasing market presence through innovative sales and marketing tactics. This individual will foster key stakeholder relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute a comprehensive commercial plan and pipeline for Pharma Solutions.
- Guide and support a sales team to achieve sales goals.
- Collaborate with Site Operational Heads and marketing teams to introduce Unilabs' services into the market.
- Sustain principal client relationships and negotiate agreements to enhance profit margins.
- Monitor market trends and competitor operations to uncover new business opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and organizational guidelines.
Requirements:
- Key Accounts Management is mandatory.
- Proven ability in sales or Business Development to CROs, Biotechs, and Pharmaceuticals.
- Knowledge in the sale of scientific services, including:
- Clinical trial management: protocol development, site selection, participant recruitment, legal authorizations, training, biomarker strategy, biostatistics.
- Data Science: involving biometrics, biostatistics, and patient profiling.
- Regulatory Affairs: with focus on data handling, filings, and procedural oversight.
- Market Access: showcasing value, launch order planning, advocacy, and more.
- Clinical Biomarkers: assay development and validation linked to trial results such as PK, ADA testing, immunogenicity checks, ELISA, etc.
- General lab services: Including standard procedures in IVD lab, genetics, pathology, among others.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar; Master's preferred.
- Extensive experience in an advanced commercial capacity within the pharma sector.
- In-depth insight into the international pharma industry and its regulatory context.
- Proven expertise in steering and motivating a top-tier team.
- Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
