Commercial Finance Director

Global Accounting Network is seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Director to support a growing multi-site leisure group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and analysis, with experience in preparing management accounts packs, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare monthly management accounts packs for all sites across the UK
- Balance sheet reconciliations and postings
- Prepare month-end postings, journals, prepayments, service charge & intercompany
- Assist with the system clean up of reconciliations and data in D365 Business Central
- Improve processes to ensure that they are as reliable and efficient as possible
- Liaise with the Commercial Finance Manager to ensure revenue, payroll and cost of sales processes are correct
- Oversight of small finance team
- Ad-hoc project based work
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. They will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
