About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team at Ardenleigh Women's Secure Blended Service. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a quality service and develop your skills as both an OT and mental health professional.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver a comprehensive Occupational Therapy treatment service using evidence-based practices and a recovery approach.
  • Conduct specialist assessments in areas such as MOHO, MOCA, and Sensory Integration.
  • Lead and manage junior staff members within the OT team, providing guidance and support.
  • Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to treatment planning.
  • Develop and deliver group interventions and planned activities tailored to individual needs.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and data to support outcome measurement.
  • Contribute to service development initiatives, research projects, and quality improvement efforts.

About You

You will be a registered Occupational Therapist with experience in managing caseloads of individuals with complex mental health needs. A strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles is essential. Your leadership skills and commitment to collaborative working will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment.
