Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the food preparation process and delegate tasks to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Cook and prepare high-quality dishes that meet our culinary standards
  • Assist the Head Chef in creating menu items and recipes, and develop new dishes to enhance our menu offerings
  • Supervise all kitchen stations to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Supervise, motivate, and work closely with other Chefs of all levels to achieve our culinary goals
  • Ensure health and safety protocols are followed in the kitchen
  • Ensure food hygiene practices are maintained at all times
  • Ensure food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created
  • Assist with determining food inventory needs, stocking, and ordering
  • Ensure the kitchen meets all regulations, including sanitary and food safety guidelines
