At Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, we pride ourselves on being a leading Trauma Centre, serving a diverse population. Our Emergency Department is one of the busiest in Europe, featuring a dedicated area for pediatric emergencies.
We seek a highly skilled and motivated individual who excels in resolving complex challenges while providing visible leadership and support to clinical teams. This role offers numerous opportunities for professional growth and the chance to inspire and educate others.
Key Responsibilities
This is a full-time position with a comprehensive internal rotation, requiring flexibility in shift patterns. The role is demanding yet rewarding, engaging your existing expertise while enhancing your skills.
As a Senior Charge Nurse, you will:
- Oversee the management of staff and ensure high standards of care and a safe environment.
- Act as a role model and leader, ensuring patient involvement in their care and facilitating feedback for continuous improvement.
- Provide direct clinical care and support the implementation of clinical governance frameworks.

Qualifications and Experience
