Charge Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to join our team at a leading mental health hospital in Arnold, Nottinghamshire. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our nursing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the ward manager to implement audit recommendations and ensure compliance with legislative and professional standards.
- Act as a clinical supervisor and facilitate clinical supervision for all staff members.
- Monitor and evaluate the effective use of resources within set budgets.
- Operate effectively as a team member and promote effective decision-making.
- Act as a mentor and preceptor for student nurses and other team members.
- Assess staff nurses within the competency development program.
- Qualified as an RMN or RNLD Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
- Motivated, flexible, and ready to take on new challenges.
- Focused on patient-centered care and committed to developing and delivering high-quality care.
- Effective decision-making skills and a can-do attitude.
- Excellent salary of £41,475 - £44,648 per annum DOE.
