Your Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and accurate assistance to customers via various channels, addressing inquiries regarding product features, sizing, availability, and order status.
- Process online shoe orders, exchanges, returns, and refunds efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and escalations promptly and professionally, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our footwear product range, including materials, designs, and technology. Stay informed about new releases, promotions, and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions using Excel spreadsheets.
- Collaborate effectively with different departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct thorough inspections of returned footwear, assessing their condition accurately and determining the appropriate outcome.
- Coordinate the collection of shoes from customers' locations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Select the correct footwear for CVS orders, package securely, and arrange deliveries. Monitor deliveries to ensure timely arrival and prevent any potential loss or delays. Maintain detailed records of collection and delivery schedules.
