Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

Sexy Fish, a renowned dining destination in Mayfair, seeks a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a pioneer in the culinary scene, we offer a unique blend of art, fashion, and culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extend a warm welcome to guests and ensure a sophisticated dining experience.
  • Assist with seating arrangements and manage the flow of service.
  • Provide expert knowledge on menu items and specials to guests.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently using our high-end POS system.
  • Manage payments, including cash, credit cards, and vouchers, while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
  • Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs to ensure impeccable customer service.
  • Maintain the cashier area's cleanliness and organization.
  • Collaborate with the maître d' and section managers to coordinate seating and streamline service.
  • Adhere to strict cash-handling procedures and maintain accountability for all transactions.
  • Perform cash up reconciliation and finalize end-of-day procedures.
  • Declare and bank cash takings, balance float, and organize change.
  • Report to General Manager and Back of House management.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a high-end and high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work gracefully under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, with experience handling cash transactions.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Dedication to providing exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences.
  • A passion for food and wine is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
