About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Agent at our Lincoln location.

As a Customer Sales Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling our services and products, and working towards specific targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell our services and products to customers, working to achieve sales targets
  • Handle customer inquiries in a polite and helpful manner, adhering to our telephone technique
  • Provide a high level of customer service, recognizing our customer service standards and delivering total customer satisfaction
  • Organize the delivery and collection of vehicles to maximize service standards and minimize costs
  • Source vehicles to meet customer bookings, working with the central fleet team and local branches
  • Ensure accurate completion of all vehicle documentation on our in-house rental system
  • Organize repairs and warranty work to vehicles as necessary
  • Accurately complete all fuel documentation daily and ensure competent staff receive fuel deliveries in accordance with relevant legislation
  • Identify and report new business opportunities

Requirements
  • A full, valid clean driving license, with a minimum of 4 years' driving experience
  • Car rental/sales experience desirable but not essential (training will be provided)
  • Flexibility in working hours, including availability during the day, evenings, and weekends
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Able to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment
