Clinical Psychologist Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our team at Chilworth House School. As an Assistant Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional clinical support to our young people with complex needs, including developmental trauma and neuro-developmental conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance your skills in building relationships with children and young people, engaging them in assessments and interventions under the guidance of a qualified psychologist.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical programs and interventions to support the needs of our young people.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support to our students and their families.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
- A degree in Psychology, eligible for graduate BPS membership, with components related to young people and mental health or autism.
- Experience working with young people with developmental trauma and/or neurodevelopmental needs, such as autism, SEMH, or ADHD.
- Honesty and empathy towards young people and colleagues.
