As a Spa Guest Services Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a warm welcome and friendly farewell to all spa guests, including members and hotel patrons.
  • Being an essential part of our spa team, ensuring guests have a delightful experience by addressing their needs, assisting therapists, and collaborating with hotel staff for seamless operations.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as managing phone calls and emails, processing bookings, and preparing information for spa members.
  • Maintaining high standards by overseeing guest areas, ensuring the spa remains clean and inviting.
  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors, offering refreshments and a friendly demeanor.
  • Feeling valued as a team member, knowing you can unwind after your shift until the next workday.
