Position Overview:

  • Accountable for overseeing a diverse caseload of clients autonomously, with adaptable scheduling options.
  • Operate from multiple locations to innovatively meet the objectives of individuals facing intricate challenges.
  • Develop proficiency in addressing a variety of issues such as housing instability, substance dependency, mental health concerns, adverse childhood experiences, and criminal behavior.
  • Employ a trauma-informed methodology and partner with community organizations to deliver comprehensive assistance.
  • Foster robust relationships and collaborations to enhance service delivery and improve client outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to engage and build rapport with clients effectively.
  • Awareness of various adversities including homelessness, substance dependency, trauma, and domestic violence.
  • Resilient mindset to navigate challenges successfully.
  • Maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
  • Experience in support services or housing, with a solid understanding of housing solutions and entitlements.
  • Possession of a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

*Additional remuneration for on-call duties may be available.

Hourly compensation for relief shifts and overnight stays is also offered.
