About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at RM Condor in Arbroath, Angus. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food production, inventory, and waste management.
  • Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety, adhering to Aramark's policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and control food costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent customer experience.
