About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at RM Condor in Arbroath, Angus. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food production in line with our menu standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Effective food production in line with recipe sheets and menu standards
- Full knowledge of all menu items served and ability to maintain high food quality and brand standards
- Management of production to ensure minimal wastage and maintenance of food levels throughout all service periods
- Ensuring high hygiene and health and safety standards in line with Aramark requirements and identifying any anomalies and incidents
- Capturing and recording all volumes consumed and overproduction
- Assisting in the compilation of all shift opening and closing checklists and discussing ideas or improvements with line manager
- Acting as a trainer/coach for new team members to learn procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks
Requirements
- Disclosure Scotland essential and security checks
- Previous experience within a kitchen environment
