About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at RM Condor, DD11 3SJ. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effective food production in line with recipe sheets and menu items
  • Management of production to ensure minimal wastage and maintenance of food levels throughout all service periods
  • Maintenance of food quality and brand standards, ensuring high hygiene and health and safety standards
  • Capturing and recording all volumes consumed and overproduction
  • Assisting in the compilation of all shift opening and closing checklists and discussing ideas or improvements with line manager
  • Acting as a trainer/coach for new team members to learn procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks
Requirements
  • Previous experience within a kitchen environment and Disclosure Scotland essential and security checks
