We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Assistant to join our team at IN-SYNC. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our client bank account management.
Key Responsibilities- Client Account Reconciliation: Reconcile client bank accounts, allocate self-assessment receipts, and calculate disbursements.
- Invoice Production: Produce invoicing data for our outsourcing partners and generate Self-Assessment invoices.
- Payment Processing: Process daily/weekly payments of Self-Assessment rebates and credit control collections across all IN-SYNC products.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients in a timely manner, resolving any issues or queries that may arise.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance standards, efficiency, and profitability.
- Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of accountancy and tax rules, with experience within an office or accountancy environment.
- Technical Skills: Excellent IT skills, advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge, and the ability to use complex bespoke systems.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent accuracy, numeracy, and attention to detail, resilient and proactive, good time management, and effective communication skills.
