Job Summary:

Pet Family Limited is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading a team of sales associates, and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store satisfied and eager to return.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales Performance: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that products are stocked, well-presented, and clean.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales associates, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
