We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail operations team at Costa Coffee. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of Baristas to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in the store.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- A competitive salary of £10.50 per hour, rising to £12.83 with training and experience.
