Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Subway. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of your store, including sales, profitability, customer service, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and reconciliation.
- Manage cash handling, banking, and minimize wastage.
- Ensure compliance with Subway and council guidelines, and maintain a safe and clean store environment.
- Implement in-store marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales and inventory reports to identify areas for improvement.
